Circuit Training

    This fast paced, boot camp style class will keep you moving and optimize fitness with varied functional movements. You will benefit from calorie burning and strengthening while using your own body weight, as well as weight training equipment, for an intense workout.


    Enhances balance, improves flexibility and builds core strength by combining traditional fitness training, focused breathing and strength building through yoga poses. The result is a mind-body workout that improves health, athletic performance and mental acuity.

Total Body Sculpting

    Experience this challenging and dynamic whole body muscle conditioning class using dumbbells, kettlebells, tubes, exercise balls, BOSU & body bars as resistance tools. Participants (and their muscles) will never get bored while they develop muscular strength and endurance. This fun strength training workout will take place in the Lyons Den.


    A full-body mat workout with an emphasis on core strength, proper spinal alignment, and focused breathing. The mat-based exercises performed are established by the Joseph Pilates practice.


    Kickboxing combines martial arts and aerobic moves to provide you with a fun, heart-pumping fat-burning workout. Release stress through punches, kicks, and very little choreography. Improve coordination, sharpen reflexes, and increase muscular endurance.


This is a fusion of Latin & International music, dance and exercise moves that when put together ~ create a dynamic, exciting and effective workout! ZUMBA® is based on the principle that workouts should be “FUN & EASY TO DO” This class is designed for all ages & all abilities ~ So what are you waiting for? “Ditch the workout and join the party”!


    A full-body mat workout with an emphasis on core strength and flexibility.  Benefits of regular practice include increased muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, improved posture, better alignment, enhanced body awareness, and longer, leaner muscles. 

Restorative Yoga

    Dress in very warm layers! This restorative yoga class will offer you the time to release held muscular tension, mental, and emotional stresses, that can restrict us from full range of muscular motion, and peace of mind. You will invite your busy mind to settle into your heart, and your active muscles into a deep rest during a quiet, gentle and fully supported series of restorative yoga postures, and breathing techniques. 

    Again, bring to class warm, comfortable clothes, as well as a yoga mat, an eye pillow, a hand towel or pillowcase, and a firm blanket (if you have them).

**Each class in appropriate for all levels of fitness. Modifications will be provided for various abilities.**
