Kickboxing combines martial arts and aerobic moves to provide you with a fun, heart-pumping fat-burning workout.  Release stress through punches, kicks, and very little choreography.  Improve coordination, sharpen reflexes, and increase muscular endurance.  All fitness levels welcome.



A full-body mat workout with an emphasis on core strength and flexibility.  Benefits of regular practice include increased muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, improved posture, better alignment, enhanced body awareness, and longer, leaner muscles.  Appropriate for all levels of fitness, with modifications provided for various abilities or injuries.


Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is the practice of releasing emotional & mind stress, and held tension in the muscles that restrict us from full range of motion and peace of mind. Invite your busy mind to settle into your heart, and your active muscles into a deep rest during a quiet, gentle and fully supported series of restorative yoga postures and breathing techniques.  Please bring to class: Warm comfortable cloths! Yoga matt, eye pillow if you have one, hand towel or pillowcase, and a firm blanket.



Spinning is a fun, energizing workout while burning calories.  Spinning is easily customized for all levels of fitness, from a beginner to the avid cyclist.  In the group environment, you will feel more motivated than ever!  If you are new to Spinning, please come 10-15 minutes early for your personal bike fitting by the instructor.


Turn and Burn

This class incorporates all aspects of spinning (turn), plus an additional abdominal exercise (burn). Participants will spend the last 15 minutes of class on mats strengthening their cores. If you are new to Spinning, please come 10-15 minutes early for your personal bike fitting by the instructor.



Strength, Speed, Power, and Agility Workout (SSPAW) is a high intensity progressive class designed for active individuals. It includes weights, sprinting, agility, and plyometric (jump) training. This class will progress throughout the semester, so attending regularly is highly recommended. Meet instructors in the Lyons Den. No class card needed.


Total Body Sculpting

Experience this challenging and dynamic whole body muscle conditioning class using dumbbells, kettlebells, tubes, exercise balls, BOSU & body bars as resistance tools.  Participants (and their muscles) will never get bored while they develop muscular strength and endurance.  This fun strength training workout will take place in the Lyons Den, for employees and adult patron card holders only.



The YogaFit style tightens and tones the entire body, enhances balance, improves flexibility and builds core strength by combining traditional fitness training, focused breathing and strength building through yoga poses. The result is a mind-body workout that improves health, athletic performance and mental acuity in people of all ages and fitness levels.



Zumba Fitness® is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends red-hot international music and contagious steps to form a "fitness-party" that is downright addictive.  All ages and abilities welcome and encouraged to join, whether you are a seasoned Zumba Fitness® participant or brand new to the party!
