    South Hadley, Mass. - November 5, 2019 - The Mount Holyoke College field hockey team has earned the No. 6 seed in the upcoming New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Championship Tournament, and will travel to No. 3 WPI on Tuesday, November 5. The contest between the Lyons and the Engineers is set to begin at 7 p.m. at Alumni Stadium. This marks the 21st-consecutive season that Mount Holyoke College earned a spot in the conference tournament.

  • Field Hockey's Pierce Chosen to Attend 2020 NCAA Division III Student Immersion Program

    South Hadley, Mass. - October 29, 2019 - Senior Micaela Pierce (Newton, Mass.) of the Mount Holyoke College field hockey program was recently chosen to attend the 2020 NCAA Division III Student Immersion Program this upcoming January. The NCAA Division III Student Immersion Program will be held in conjunction with the NCAA Convention in Anaheim, Calif. from January 22-25. 
  • Strong Second Half Fuels Field Hockey Past Eastern Connecticut, 3-0

Mirei Golding-Powers (San Francisco, Calif.) got things started with a goal in the first quarter, before Kylie Brooks (Oceanside, Calif.) and Kass Lawrence (Holyoke, Mass.) both found the back of the net in the second half to seal the victory for the Lyons.
