1. Download a membership packet or pick one up from the Kendall Hall Information Desk. Membership packets consist of a membership agreement, a copy of the rules for using Kendall and a waiver of liability. Each person enrolling will need to complete his/her own packet.

2. Return the completed packet and payment to the Kendall Hall Information Desk. Enrollments will be processed as quickly as possible.

3. You can then download or pickup a Blue Cross/Blue Shield Fitness Benefit Form (English | Spanish) from the Kendall Membership Website or the Blue Cross/Blue Shield Website. Forms are also available at the Kendall Hall Information Desk and the Office of Human Resources in Skinner Hall.
