  • 56 Winter and Spring Student-Athletes Earn NEWMAC Academic All-Conference Honors

    South Hadley, Mass. - July 6, 2021 - Fifty six winter and spring student-athletes at Mount Holyoke College have been recognized by the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) for their dedication to athletics and academics during the Spring 2021 semester, and have been named to the Academic All-Conference team, release late last week.
  • Swimming and Diving Collects CSCAA Scholar All-America Team Honors

    Richmond, Va. - June 23, 2021 - The Mount Holyoke College swimming and diving program continued its academic prowess as the Lyons have once again earned College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-America team honors. Following the 2020-21 academic year, Mount Holyoke College posted a cumulative grade-point average of 3.62 among its 33 student-athletes.
  • Mount Holyoke College Department of Athletics Hosts 2021 Athletic Awards Ceremony; Lemm Named Department Lyon of the Year

    South Hadley, Mass. - May 7, 2021 - On Thursday evening, the Mount Holyoke College Department of Athletics hosted its annual Athletic Awards Ceremony in the Field House. Due to capacity limits in the facility, the evening was broken into two sessions, including the field hockey, squash, soccer, lacrosse, cross country and track and field, volleyball and basketball programs in the first session, and the riding, swimming and diving, rowing and tennis programs in the second session.

  • Swimming and Diving Records 12th-Best GPA in Division III; Earns CSCAA Scholar All-America Team Honors

    Colorado Springs, Colo. - January 22, 2021 - The Mount Holyoke College swimming and diving team was recently recognized for their efforts in the classroom as the Lyons earned the College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-America Team award following the Fall 2020 semester after earning a cumulative team grade-point average of 3.76.
