Rachael Araujo became head diving coach at Mount Holyoke in 2011, after her graduation from Keene State College. She has since won NEWMAC Diving Coach of the Year honors three times, including in both 2022 and 2023. Araujo has coached two divers to the NCAA Division III Championships, including one NCAA All-American, and she has coached five divers to NCAA Diving Regionals. Six Mount Holyoke divers have competed in the NEWMAC finals under Araujo's leadership.
