At various times throughout the year, Mount Holyoke has the opportunity to nominate a number of outstanding athletes for a variety All-American and All-Conference honors. By submitting this form, you are giving the Office of Sports Information permission to release your grade point average (GPA) if you should qualify for any such honors. Your GPA will not be released in any instance other than to note excellence in your classroom performance. By submitting this form, you certify that you give your approval for Mount Holyoke College to release your academic records (GPA) for the purpose of determining academic honors and recognizing academic excellence. These records are protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, and they may not be disclosed without your consent.
