SOUTH HADLEY, Mass. -- Mount Holyoke College head equestrian coach CJ Law will be in the inaugural class of inductees to the Tournament of Champions Hall of Fame, to be presented this weekend at the Savannah College of Art and Design by tournament directors Jim and Gwen Arrigon.
Law's citation for the honor states, "In recognition of coaching excellence in four decades of Tournament of Champions competition, having coached the Series Champion Team twice, having won 4 Preseason Classics, 5 Holiday Tournaments and 2 Winter Classics, we are pleased to honor Mount Holyoke College Coach Carol J Law in the 2025-26 Inaugural Class of Tournament of Champions Hall of Fame."
Law is joined in the newly created Hall of Fame's first induction class by SCAD coach Eddie Federwisch, former SCAD rider Celia Cram, and Maverick as "Favorite Horse."
Law's Lyons are regular competitors in the four annual IHSA Tournaments of Champions, which bring together the top hunt seat riding teams from around the country, allowing teams that might only compete against each other at Nationals a chance to see how they stack up.
Law is in her 42nd season as Mount Holyoke's head coach.
