MARLBOROUGH, Mass. -- Mount Holyoke senior right-side hitter Elle Rimando was named the NEWMAC Women's Volleyball Offensive Athlete of the Week on Monday, Rimando's second such award this season, after leading the Lyons to a 2-1 record in the final week of the regular season.
Rimando (Mililani, Hawaii) averaged 5.00 kills per set with a .294 attack percentage and 2.64 digs per set on the week, including 20 kills in Saturday's 3-2 win at Wheaton that clinched Mount Holyoke's first NEWMAC Tournament berth since 2006.

Mount Holyoke (15-13, 5-6 NEWMAC) plays at Babson in the NEWMAC Quarterfinals Tuesday at 7pm, in the Lyons' first postseason match in 19 years.
